Retiform Purpura in the Setting of COVID-19: A Harbinger of Underlying Coagulopathy and Severe Disease Course

While the majority of COVID-19 cases are mild and can be managed in outpatient setting, more severe have proven to a clinical challenge. some demonstrate slow indolent decline, others seem deteriorate rapidly with little forewarning. The current literature has connected Retiform Purpura as cutaneous manifestation associated infections, however timing presentation symptoms not been well described. Here we report case 58-year-old female who developed nearly week prior development any significant symptoms. This demonstrates that is only disease, but present symptom onset should seen harbinger for impending deterioration.
